How do I return an item?

Italia Performance does not accept unauthorised returns. Please visit our refund policy to see if you are eligible for a return. You may then file a return by emailing us at sales@italiaperformance.co.uk. You will need your order number and email address in order to complete a return. For returns, we usually respond to you within 3 working days.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described?

We deeply apologise for your item being damaged. It's important you inform us of any damaged goods within 24 hours of the product arriving as failure to do so could result in an invalid claim with couriers.

In order to give us the best chance of reclaiming the damage caused by the courier, we will need the following evidence:

  1. At least 3 images of damage to item(s)
  2. At least 2 images of packaging externally (i.e how the parcel arrived)
  3. At least 2 images of packaging internally (i.e how the item was packed)

If you are unable to provide the above, it could invalidate your claim as the courier and we will not be able to reimburse you for the damage.

Please do not attempt to install your products as this will invalidate any claim.

Evidence should be sent to us at sales@italiaperformance.co.uk, along with your order number and any information you feel may be relevant.
